In case of emergency during business hours (Mon-Fri 7am-4pm) call 517-669-8311.  After business hours and on weekends (for sewer line breaks, plugged lines, open manhole lids, etc.) please call 517-669-8311 and you will be directed to the emergency hotline in the voice mail system.  The supervisor on call will be paged and respond immediately.  If you do not get a call from someone within 15 minutes, please call 911 and tell them that you are experiencing a sewer emergency.  They will call the supervisor on call.

SCCMUA does not handle any billing.  For billing issues/questions, please call the municipality where the property is located.
